The hotel was impeccably clean, I enjoyed it. Room was gorgeous, with a large bathroom. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Exceptional service offered. Very clean pool.

We only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, yet everything was amazing. Excellent service, enjoyed it. Central location, within easy walking distance of Arawa Park Racecourse.

Breakfast was amazing, and the staff always super. Outstanding view, a spacious balcony, perfect bed, too. We enjoyed this very plush hotel and its remote location. Apart from that, a nature park was 10 minutes' drive away. Nice garden and amazing pool.

Really beautiful staff and perfect service. There were delicious fruit, boiled eggs, cereals, bacon and cakes for breakfast. They made my stay comfortable. The cafe bar in the hotel had lots of cold wines, tea, champagnes and coffee throughout the day. Lively area, remote location.

Quick access to te puia. Located 600 metres from the hotel, Pavillion was a good choice to eat. Fenton Street neighbourhood is worth looking into. The heated swimming pool was a bonus for relaxing.

an easy walk to mr yakitori, where you can have lunch. we greatly enjoyed the pool. free wi-fi was working perfectly. unique base for holiday in rotorua.
